I'm putting a plan together for next year but don't have enough weeks before my first A race to fit in four weeks of Base 1, base 2, base 3, build 1 and build 2 followed by peak, peak, race. At the moment, I've just started my plan from base 3 but is missing out base 1 and 2 preferable to condensing the weeks a different way?
