That is the time between placing an order and it being dispatched. Not bad Planet X team, not bad at all.

They were exceedingly helpful with a technical question... tip top.

Doggie Solutions was 19 minutes last week from order to getting the dispatched e-mail. They must have been quiet or bored.

Doesn't mean they have dispatched the right thing though does it?

Just got a tyre from Wiggle - 26 hours from ordering it to holding it in my hands. Not bad at all.

Are you sure about these times? It has grave implications for the theory of relativity if they are true; stuff shouldn't arrive from bike shops that quickly. I would ask for a thorough peer review to check there haven't been any measurement errors.

Some handlebars just delivered from Merlin - I've now got 12 hours in which to order them or the universe will collapse into a improbability singularity 😆

Ruddy DPD didn't bother trying to delivery my stuff, but instead sent an email telling me i wasn't in (when i was!) and i'd have to rearrange delivery. I cancelled a ride to be in for the delivery 👿
