I have a set of Dual Air 454 Pikes that have been Push tuned, and I have a set of coil U-turn Pikes (409 I think).

Can I swap the Push rebound assembly over from the air forks to the coil forks? Or is it not that simple?

I have the same, and have been thinking the very same thing.

But I don't know. In theory I think it should work fine... Not sure if you would need to swap the entire damping side internals, or just the damper bit...

I would swap all the internals form the damper leg

You just need to move the pushrod and the bit that's attached to it (rebound damper), not the swiss cheese bit (compression damper).

The only difference between the two compression dampers you've got (454 vs 409) is the external gate adjustment. AFAIK the rest of the actual MoCo unit is identical. So, chop and change as you wish. But you only NEED to change the rebound assembly.

Anyone know if the Push upgrade is the same for each (air and coil)

Yep, only the left leg is different spring vs coil.
