no your not a moron coffeking, just a little retarded
Interestingly put there Ed2001, does the '2001' part of your username represent the year you stopped cross dressing?
NO fullstop, it was the year I found jesus ๐
If motorists and cyclists spent a little less time shouting at each other about who's got more rights on the road, and were just maybe a little more respectful of each other, than perhaps it wouldn't matter that much if cyclists chose to have music playing as they ride along...
I listen to music on the road, but then again my riding is mostly country lanes, don't tend to ride off road with them in. Dunno why
It's a shame you didn't find a book on grammar at the same time. Dullard.
tut tut, editing an insult....
I found it mildly amusing.
Well this is a bit interesting, i have been cycling whilst listening to music for over 20 years, i dont find it a problem, everyones reaction at work is 'But you cant hear the cars'!!!!!!!!!! My reaction is always the same 'Why do i need to hear cars , i can see them unless they hit me form behind'
I dont cut lights/junctions and i hold my position and ride sensibly, i recall my motorbike bike and car test, neither of them required me to hear,in fact i was listening to instructions from the test examiners so that is still audio distraction, i believe observation prior to changing lane/position was the key element..maybe this makes me a 'moron' who knows but i think they key element to this is the individual, i would not cross a road without look etc and wouldnt rely on my hearing, some people do, some people are on a different planet when walking without having music/mobile phones playing
...perhaps it wouldn't matter that much if cyclists chose to have music playing as they ride along
It doesn't anyway ๐
The year I stopped cross dressing ๐ฏ Your first post was better.
True, DezB
Never have and never will, when im riding I want to be away from man made sounds, the sound of nature is music to my ears....
goz how can you avoid man made sounds on a commute?????????
unless you commute thru the woods
you coudl always listen to some whalesong recordings thats not man made
Sorry was actually refering to offroad riding, should have said.....got distracted by a car outside..
Once a lady pulled outof junction by accident and the cyclist didn't notice till I shouted and did one hell of a curve avoiding her and thanked me for yelling-he would be injured if he didn't have ears free.
So I shouldn't listen to music in case somebody needs to shout at me because I've not seen something?
I prefer to just pay attention so I see things for myself, not rely on other people to do it for me
