Does anyone know whether Black Hill in the Pentlands has dried out enough yet to be responsibly ridden?

Don't know if i've ever ridden it when it was dry! was raining heavily last night so maybe not. Might be heading up that way tonight so if i find out i'll let you kow.

It's not really surface moisture that's the problem, it's the deep wetness that it has over winter. Riding Black Hill when it's like that tears up the peat and damages the trail. Around this time of year though it's dried up enough that it won't get ruined if it's ridden, even if our tyres get mucky. 🙂
