Right you 'orrible lot...

It's been a while, so how are you all fixed for another pootle? No discussions on route, no changes of time, date or any of that palava, just a typical pootle.

It's starting in Hayfield, here, at 10.15.

As always with a pootle, it's more social than pacey. We're a very welcoming bunch of folks so if it's your first ever 'big group' ride, come along. No need to be scared - it's all about having a nice ride with a friendly group rather than proving your mettle as previous pootlers will attest (I hope!).

We're starting at the Sett Valley Car Park, so bring change for parking and post ride beer/grub.

DATE: June 12th
TIME: 10.15am for 10.30am start
PLACE: Sett Valley Car Park, Hayfield

As always with the pootles over that side of the hills, Jules(nbt) will be devising a cracking route for us.

TJ - you are most welcome if you can make it. And if it's a question of accomodation, I'm sure someone can put you up. It's only a couple of hundred miles to drive ;o)

I'm on for that if I'm around. You know you can park free up on Kinder Road, the one towards the reservoir. The SVT car park's a great starting point, but if you don't fancy stumping up three quid or so, you can always park up at the far end of Kinder Road and ride back down to Hayfield in about five minutes.

Just a thought and NOT an imperative. Or a change of starting point or owt like that. I don't really care for myself as I'll just ride over the hill from tropical Glossop anway.

Edit: backyard and a bivvy bag available for TJ on request ๐Ÿ™‚
