I have 2 Youth Hostels booked next weekend for a mini tour in the White Peak. Plans have changed and i need to shorten the route (basically mate has dropped out and sister in law has stepped in). The route now need shortening
Ideally we would leave the car some where between the Tissignton and Monsal Trails. Do you think I'll be able to leave a car for 2 nights in Hartington starting Saturday afternoon? We might even be able to be post rush as the first day is looking really short. Or is there sme where else I could try?

If you’re a YH member which you clearly must be, why not just phone the YHA Hartington hostel and ask them if it’s ok to leave your car in their car park? Explain what you’re doing and they’ll probably keep an eye on it too.
