I know ppds entry opens on 10th Feb, but anyone know, from previous years experience, what time it normally is?

Last year the site crashed for about a week, so no idea. I'd just start really early in the day.

The site was fubarred for weeks last year, they had to re-issue the entries open date again.
I hope you like riding down fire roads, by the way....
