I am doing it on my Helius FR so am happy that will be fine.

Mate who will be on a DH bike is wondering if that would be ok or if it would be a total chore?

Thanks

done it on a vp-free - a chore on the little uphill sections but otherwise ok, completely not required though, trail bike would is much more fun

From what I remember from last year there's not much climbing. The downs, however would be way more fun on something with less travel. If you're out for a week I'd put up with it (plenty of other people do), if you're just going for the passportes event then I would take something else.

Thanks all.

We are out all week so he is definietly bringing the DH bike. Given he will hump me for the rest of the week maybe I will take the PdS as an opportunity to get an early counter punch in ๐Ÿ™‚

An early counter punch? Pre-emptive strike surely?

It'll be fine, there are sections that'll be a PITA, but for smiles on the DH, I'd put up with it.
