During the summer I was given an old Peugeot touring frame, so I had a rummage and came up with this. The highlights are the Alfine hubbed rear wheel that I never use in my singlespeed and the brakes (Tektro Vees on Avid levers) that work stupendously well. Parts I had to buy new were: fork, stem and front rim.
It rolls along really smoothly and feels great for 'just riding along', in an unhurried sort of way.
