Anyone tried both, opinions please..
I've an up and coming Wales trip and my current tyres need replacing.
I only recommend the Rampage SC for smooth rock, nothing else. It doesn't hook up in anything loose and is quite fragile too.

I have the Rampage SC on the front of my 'big' bike at the moment.
I found it to be really nice on stuff like the Lee Quarry trails, which are rocky and loose in equal measure. Grips well although my local rock is millstone grit so pretty much anything sticks to that!
Clears mud reasonably well - again, might be dependent on the mud though, ours is peat-based not clay.
Rolls well, may add that i have had a double pinch flat from running both Rampage SC & Rampage at low pressures, seems they require a minimum pressure to work well.
Think i got mine for £20 from Merlin.
