Car driver knocked me off my bike the other day, driving too close caused me to swerve on my roadie and that was me eating the tarmac!. Saw him again today oming up behind me, so i rode further out so he couldnt squease past. He left me about 10cm max and even clipped me with his mirror.

So what did i do, i may have possibly taken my foot off the pedal and rammed it into his door!

It was frustration and its the only way they'll learn!

do you think tthis was ompletely uncalled for or slightly acceptable?

FTFY... I would've taken his wing mirror off to be honest... did he stop (did you damage his car?)

Till he gets you next time, you can't expect this to end well, arguing with a tosser stupid enough to put you in danger?

tbh if you feel that another driver is upsetting you or trying to annoy you in any way just ignore em that's what i do i carry on riding as if i haven't even noticed a thing that way they wont do it again because they want to see your annoyance for fun so try not to react, but like you say if there driving to close and you see them again, tell them where they went wrong and if you do come across them again like i said above just forget em they will soon get bored, it works for me lol

he stopped, but i just stood there and smiled as he patronisinly tapped my helmet, he didnt look as happy when i said my bike was probably worth more than his car and my cuts would heal but the scrath on his car wouldn't. -_-
it was an old toyota banger!

patronisingly tapped your helmet, that's a bit personal innit?? ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

Could probably get him for assault you know, if he did lay a hand on you...

You should have used the national greeting from cyclistists to bad or moronic car drivers.

Lift right hand above head, open make fist then lift thumb and index finger about 2 inches apart to stand upright, while shouting small penis at him, seems to get their attention.

2 Inches, wouldn't that be paying him a complement ๐Ÿ™‚

What he said - if you haven't reported him to the police then take matters into your own hands, you are as bad as he is.

yeah very true, because putting someones life in serious danger, and denting a piece of metal are pretty much the same. Moron.

Open driver's door, take out keys, then do the dog trick (mime throwing them down the road behind him) and while he's panicking, slip them under the seat and drive off.

No evidence the OP was run off his bike - criminal damage to the car by the OP. The only way to prevent such injustice is to report it first time - otherwise just as bad. Dullard.

so theres no evidence anything has happened, the car didn't knock him down, but caused him to fall off. Report what exactly? dangerous driving? his word against the driver isn't it, remind me of the criminal offence that the driver committed.

Police, fist pie or both needed there mate tbh. Understand that's not everyone's style, it's not mine either. But someone knocks you off your bike one time, and the next day does it again!!? Dented door not a proportionate response by a long chalk.
