I bought some out of date Czech lager that was reduced in the shop in Glenridding.
Chilled in the snow; it was the best lager I have ever had. I wish I could remember what it was called so I could hide some in a cupboard for a few years.
I'd drink it. No question.
It will be absolutely fine. I ate some roasted peppers that were over 10 years out of date and not even an upset tummy. 🙂
