Misses panda and I are shortly off for 10 days round holland on cx bikes.
She has therefore bought some ortlieb front pannier bags and a blackburn low rider rack.
The blackburn rack has a plate along the top, so that the bags cannot clip all the way round the rack. Other than cutting out a slot to allow this, is there another method of making sure the bag is fully secure?
