I had the same problem a few months ago. I think you'll just have to wait until they realise there is a problem and turn the servers off and on again!

Can I ask whether there is a new link, for example I was having to log in, got sent to another page with the new version then had to log in again. Is anyone else having to do this?

I think you just get re-directed now. The OS Getamap has stopped working for me too but I've been using the Beta only for a while now, really liking the iOS apps and hoping the maps aren't too expensive
Yes cinnamon_girl I had to log in again in the new site, but using the same password and username worked for me.
