Chaps,
I have a set of these back-roller classic panniers and I was wondering about adding an external pocket as it's a bit of pain to go diving in when you need your tools or if you want to whip your lights off you have no-where to store them....
Anyone fitted one of them? I would like to know if the bag remain waterproof?

I'd leave them intact and get a bar bag. Not many people seem to add them.
One of our customers did. Easy enough to do and the pannier contents survived a dunk in a French canal 😀
It woultnd be so bad if the mesh pockets were closed at the bottom! found that oen out the hard way and still see no point in a pocket thats open at the bottom!
