Should i place an order with CRC or not what are they like with delivery times and customer relations?

Pretty quick usually if it's in stock.
Not the best but not the worst.

Ive found them to have fast delivery (usually next day) and customer service is excellent. I generally buy all my parts from them.

I've stopped using them.
I got fed up with incorrect orders, being sent broken parts and late deliveries ๐Ÿ™
There are much better online shops.

average online retailer, if it's in stock and you order at the right time and it fits in the right sized hole in the truck can be with you next day, if not it can take a few days.

Like everything cheaper and quite easy to shop from your chair but not as instant and assured of going to your LBS and saying I want that one! (followed by are you sure, whats it for nah you wanted this one as that one wont fit, do you want me to fit it? ah go on then. Cup of tea?)

No problems with anything I've ordered so far. They deal with so many customers there's a chance of getting mix ups but delivery is free and fast and prices usually lower than anywhere else.

dont use them anymore, HSBC advised not to after having 3rd card stopped since christmas. plus their customer service is shite, way too big to care less now. i use wiggle
