Any ideas of how this can be cured, is it new frame time or can I get a new stub axle fitted? There is approx 0.1mm of clearance between the stub axle and the inner race of the pivot bearing, this gives a noticeable movement in the swingarm and unpleasant noises during riding, have used a section of feeler gauge as a shim between bearing and stub axle to remove the play but hoping that this can be repaired. Frame is a 2007 and I have changed the bearings every year, noticed the play when I changed them a couple of weeks ago.

Give Orange a call. I've always found them very helpful.
