hi everyone i,m just looking for some advice on what bike to get. i demo,d the 5 and stumpy a few months ago through cycleworks.loved the orange on the downhill sections, the stumpy was way faster but massively flexy in the rear end, also 4k seems alot to spend on your first full susser.whats stopping me getting the 5 pro is the sizing on these bikes.at 6ft 4in and 20st the 5 pro, size 22 felt a little cramped, but i do normally run 780mm bars with a 100mm stem.the stumpy tt was 24mm longer than the 5 pro and felt a better fit,the yeti xl has a mssive top tube 660mm.i can,t rule out the 5 just yet cos it felt so playful and i could hold tighter lines cos it was so stif.so which bike do i go for

I'm 6' 6" and ride an Xl yeti 575. I love it, sizing is fantastic

Cycleworks have The Orange Gyro 29er in the window. It'd almost look like a normal bike under a giant like you. ๐Ÿ™‚

^^^What he said ^^^

Sounds like a Yeti SB95 or Orange Gyro (5 29er) might suit you better.

i demo,d a camber carbon expert aswell that day.i was shocked at how well it climbed, the fit was perfect.you feel like you sit in the bike and not on it but when i went through the yogurt pots at holmbury,it felt like i was riding a bike with a steering damper on it. i had to straightline some stuff to keep up with a whyte 120s that was in front.nowhere near as zippy as the other 2.the stumpy cornered like it was on rails and the 5 pro just ploughed through everything i put infront of it. i,m gonna demo a sb66 soon
