Orange 4 with a Non Boost chainset

Hi Peeps,

I've got a new to me Orange 4 frame inbound - and I've got a non boost XT M8000 chainset - Can I just use spacers to get the right chainline?

If the chainring isn't hitting the frame then ignore any chainline faffing. I run an Occam with Boost rear and Standard chainset.

Ok cheers - just wondered as I've not got the frame yet but curious to know if it should be ok - wondered what current Orange 4 owners have

I built my four with non-boost chainline. no issue with chainring clearance or gear shifting running sram 1x11

Non boost M8000 chainset on my 4, no issues here.

Ok great news - got the m8000 cheap brand new in Jan sales but was worried it might not fit so thanks for the replies 🙂
