is there a tool anywhere online where i can stick in the measurements of a frameset and play around with stem lengths and bits and bats to work out where things would sit

bah it no worky on my laptop . click for a new road cad and java pop up shows cup of coffee timer then goes to black screen ;-(

actually its trying to work in explorer it wasnt having it in firefox. its to play around with set ups on a pompino so prob not 50mm lol. thanks brant
