Looking at some O'Neal (specifically Pinned SPD model) - kinda want to get vaguely near my size - anyone know if they measure up more like a standard shoe fit, or a 'cycling' shoe fit (ie about 2 sizes larger!).

I’m 8.5/9 & ordered 43, O’Neal Pinned spd. I normally go for a wide fit in trainers and these are a really good fit for me. I also tried the Giro Gauge & they were too narrow in 43.

I’ve got the gore tex style boa shoes. Size fairly normal and similar to shimano IME. I’m a 46 in shimano and same spot on for the oneals.
