Fantastic service !!!
Had a Light and Motion 500 that had a charging problem that was 1 month out of the 12 month warranty.
Took it to Roy Jervis Bikes (Never bought the light from them) They could of not been more helpful, they shipped the light off to Madison.
Phone call today from RJB and a new Light and Motion was ready for collection and to my surprise, they upgraded it to a 550 ๐
Why can't life be always this simple ?

Don't know Rjb personally. However the midlands madison rep is a legend. He is down to earth and rides bikes. Unlike many!

Somehow i didn't think i would see the light again, so if the Midland rep played a small part in anyway, may you have many fantastic, safe rides.....
