I'm just in the middle of upgrading my Whippet but I'm wondering if anyone can help with headset options.
It currently has:
Selcof Semi-Integrated Cup Cartridge Bearing Headset
SHIS specification IS42/28.6 IS52/40
So I was looking to get this from Hope:
IS42/28.6 Type 8 Orange
and
IS52/40 Type J Black
Do I also need one of these:
https://www.wiggle.co.uk/hope-head-doctor-expander
And I'm assuming the lower bearing isn't visible so it doesn't matter about the colours?

Not sure about the bearings but you don't need the head doctor
