How frustrated are you to be working instead of riding right now?

Building up to a 9.5 here.

building up to riding 16 miles home into a headwind in an hour and a half, and got a weekend of riding sorted (CX race sat, decent length road ride sunday).

So, maybe 6/10?

I'm fine, working at home so popped out for an hour at lunch, now back at my desk with tea and achey legs ๐Ÿ˜€

Just so you know it was brilliant out, warm, dry and dusty trails, first few leaves coming down, classic Indian summer conditions...

Maybe only a 6 at the moment as I got a bivvy ride in last night and some nice singletrack on the way from my bivvy site to the office this morning.

It's been at 9 all week. Weather is lovely, low sun, deep blue sky's, nice and cool and the tree's are just starting to turn.

Here I am, sad face at the office window.

Still I get 14 miles road riding in on the way home today. Not bad, but its not dirt.

I've been out on the cx bike but crashed so don't feel too envious.

An hour before work, an hour after - keeps me balanced, so no real frustration here 8)

I'm a 9.5 nut that should be satisfied later when I hit the hills for , what I'm hoping will be, a glorious evening ride in the dark. Trails were good last week, should be even better tonight. I do love night riding.. 8)

Just cleaned the trial bike ready for a weekend's riding in Wales and now I'm off out for a spin on the road bike ๐Ÿ™‚

(Not every day is like this unfortunately. Yesterday was a 10.)

Just got back from a pootle over to Settle. It's stunning out there (excuse the crap mobile pic). A few wisps of mist drifting up Littondale, the heather in full autumn raiment, the trails dry and firm...

Hope this helps. ๐Ÿ™‚

Probably about 7, the fog has just lifted and the sun is shining. This morning would have been 2 as you could just see across the car park.

I'm roughly about a 5.555598977765999%.

Simple reason? Yup.. My R5ca has just been serviced and a new set of uber light wheels shuv'ed on it, new cables, climbing compact chainrings and bartape. All ready for an epic Il Lombaridia Gran Fondo !! Bought some new riding gear too so whilst I'm itching to get clipped in, I'm aching inside to find myself grinning from ear to ear when I land in Lugano.

Oh, and also I bummbed out on the 3 Peaks so hey...

Day off today - Tick
Suns out - Tick

List as long as my arm of "you should do.............." jobs from the Miss'?

Currently rateing a 9.9 and about to take my frustration out taking some rubbish to the tip and enjoying throwing ikea furniture as far over the concrete walls as manly possible.

I've been building up gradually since the start of August when I last rode a bike. Left work yesterday, pulled the singlespeed out and went for a ride. Absolute bliss... For 2 miles until I got a puncture and in a rush to enjoy the sunshine, had gone out minus camelback/tools. Ride home on a rapidly deflating tyre.

Going to attempt it again tomorrow morning.

Today should have been the second of my two days off this week, (am working through the weekend) however I got dragged in today to do some stuff so never got a ride in - and now I'm home with the kids.

Good job I got out yesterday then 8)

A solid 8. Not helped by a few days up at the Dales Bike Centre last week enjoying glorious weather, scenery, and fantastic trails recommended by the very helpful Stu.

Nice weather should last over the weekend, so no massive hardship.

Got the ride home in the evening sunshine to look forward to as well ๐Ÿ™‚

I'd be out shortly I've it wasn't for the fact I threw myself into a tree stump last night and now have a rather swollen thigh. I'm consoling myself with the knowledge that I'm mtbing Saturday & possibly Sunday (providing the pain goes away a little ๐Ÿ™„ ).

Oh, and it's all Scandals fault, goading me into riding steep, rooty, off camber shoots in the dark, bastard!

Out at 10:30 glorious single track for an hour, coffee with cream. Another 1:40 mins single track / enduro downs then sausage with brown sauce another coffee. Final mile home on road through the woods. Home, shower sun bathing on patio for an hour reading book from kindle ahhhhhh

As I'm not working & still in Whistler, not frustrated at all ๐Ÿ˜‰

Today is a lovely 22 degrees & bluebird sky all day.

The morning shall start with some valley XC until lunch, then park laps all afternoon until close (or I can't hold onto the bars any longer).

I am frustrated about coming home on Saturday and actually having to properly go back to work ๐Ÿ™

I'd probably be up around 9/10 today, except...
... I just spent 4 hours blasting around FOD as the wife is working from home today and needs peace and quiet to make lots of work phone calls. So obviously I bit the bullet and dragged myself away and had a horrible day in the woods riding dry and dusty trails. Hit up all the main tracks and trails and did some exploring.

Sometimes you make these sacrifices for loved ones. It was horrible. I got dust all over my bike.

10 here. I dislocated my thumb at the weekend on an evil clipboard. My next ride will be weeks rather than days away. A second x-ray is due next week to figure out the damage caused by my home repair. It doesn't help that NE Scotland is enjoying its finest weather of the year either.

About 215 out of 10 here. The best summer I can remember, fitness was building and then - a bad diagnosis, surgery, and off the bike for months. Still, just happy to still be here I suppose. Feeling frustrated is really a "nice to have".
