This came up only the other week....

Nothing directly comparable, but the Stealth fabric was neither very breathable nor very waterproof, so not that great on paper.

The jacket market bifurcates into Goretex Infinium style windproof jackets (Castelli Perfetto etc) or Proper waterproof jackets.

I had (still have somewhere?) a Stealth and used it a lot - realistically though, it was only really good for around 2-10 degree dry rides. The rest of the time it was too warm / not warm enough / not slightly waterproof / a wet rag when you sweat

I still have the Stealth and Stealth Extreme bib-tights. They don't get used much. The latter is more comfortable as it has a thin "fleece/roubaix" lining but is hellish warm. The plain ones aren't as warm but have a very "plasticky" feeling. Both still get wheeled out occasionally during winter, but then my winter is probably more extreme than most on here. I'd say they're not 100% waterproof. Like anything else, they start to leak around the crotch eventually. When it's cold enough that there's little liquid water, they still have their place.
