Hi, one of my friends' nan has gone missing at 7pm last night on the Trans Pennine Trail near Lymm. She's wearing a pink and purple fleece and jeans

Cheshire Rescue are looking for her but if anyone is out riding round there / Alty area then please keep your eyes out for her. She's got really bad Alzheimer's...

They have found her!!!! Had fallen down the embankment off the trans Pennine trail rushed to hospital but alive.
