The cream tea's at Tarr Steps are better but they're so big you'll struggle to ride after 😉

knottie here we go.start at Minehead nice n easy warm up to Dunster.up Grabbist Hill via path between school and allotments.across Wooton Common to Wooton Courtney.(bloody stoney descent)Dunster Path to just above Webbers Post.not sure what next bit is called.down tarmac into the valley (Skids!!!)up t'other side b/path through fields to Stoke Pero church.fantabulous descent with switchbacks to Horner Water.on to tea garden.
then Porlock Bossington Allerford Selworthy b/path UP to beacon (nearly)then coast path to North Hill and down down down to fish and chips!!!you planning on some sneaky practice?
BTW did i ask you about the Dartmoor classic route in month before last WMB ? hoping to do it Thursday what do think of it?is it worth it?

Sorry! My infamous West Country Coast-to-Coast tour finished there and it was such an anticlimax for various reasons. But the train was good fun 😀

Grabbist Hill - that rings a bell from my running days. Is it nearly vertical?

If we're coming up from wotton heading to the duster path, the only way i can see to easily take in dunkery is to head straight up from brockwell to the Beacon(3.5km iirc), look at the view, loosen up the arms prepare the death grip and nail it back down the way we came up, pick up the DP and continue as per planned.
Of course after cream tea there's the river crossing at west luccombe packhorse bridge 😉

There are some strange routes being talked about here, I know you're a fit Bugger Sharki but up the 2 mile downhill just to come back down it 😉
