due to [s]unforseen circumstances[/s].. errr.. running 20 minutes late and then getting halfway to Minehead and realising that my sons pushchair... AND food... AND changing bag are still in the car with me and not at grandma and grandpa's house with the boy.. due to that I ended up doing a few disconsolate circuits at the trail center near grandmas house..
