3-4hrs and nothing since 2009.
Fruit-loop.
Depending on your age and what else you do, that's going to be murder!
I'm off on a 4hr ride too, and I've been riding all year.
I notice that the sun's now out - yipee!

Had my first ride since late October on Thursday night. Change in job, crappy conditions and various other circumstances have conspired to limit my riding - not lack of desire.

We did.........

Fox House > Houndkirk > Redmires > Stanage Edge > Burbage > Fox House.

Loved every minute of it, pace was decent and I still managed to own it downhill. Absolutely knackered on the home stretch and had nowt left in my legs at the end. Need to keep it up now I've broken my absence and get some miles in ready for Fort Bill in May. Should be out in the morning too.
