as above really. On the DT Swiss site it says something like "Tubeless Kits available" does that mean that they are so long as you use a converter kit? and which kits work with these rims?

Yes, but you need a kit. Stans will work or you can get the pukka DT one from CRC or justridingalong.

They are not tubeless but can be made tubeless with a specific DT Swiss kit or there are other options available.
