Very tempted here.

reckon they are OK with a 140 fork?

stated at 67 degree HA with 150 fork.

10mm less - might change it to 68?

Have my a/m Mega on order, supposed to be here mid March. Have all the components so hopefully not much longer to wait as my 2012 has been sold.

Also be keen to know when these arrive. Wonder if the decals are removable by any chance, would prefer stealth black....

With a 140mm fork it'd be 67.46 using bike geometry calc...fwiw 3.5mm lower BB, 73.46 seat angle. Be alright 😀

Looks a lot of frame to be 6lb-ish though...maybe that without shock

Getting nearer. Thinking of this with 160 floats.

Bandit is cheaper - 1250 at freeborn versus 1280 for TR on CRC, and there's only a millimetre in difference in chainstays (the Bandit being shorter). Weights are the same, the Bandit maybe a hair lighter, a Small TR without shock is 6.49lbs, the medium Bandit with shock is 6.93lbs.

Biggest difference is that the TR has a Monarch RT3 shock versus the Monarch R on the Bandit (can upgrade the bandit to Fox for 200 more). Personally, I think the Bandit's by far the nicer looking bike, and I'd pay the extra to avoid the Monarch.

Will the Bandit take a Fox 160 fork?

BiL has had his AM 2 weeks bought from Earnshaws in 'uddersfield.

Built with 36 180 Kashima Talas and CCDBC and 1x10 Saint to replace his DH bike and Alpine 160.

Very nice bike indeed.
