Ive been looking at loads of second hand NS surges and was wondering what size you guys woiuld reccomend? It comes in M and L, found a good deal on a M but im just over 6foot (maybe 6ft 1). Can't decide whether it will be too small.. Cheers

Depends what you are using it for. If you want to pedal it uphill, get the large.

I am 6'2 and had the medium a couple of years ago.
It was a little small even with a 410mm seat post

Don't really want to pedal it uphill too much, going to be mostly a mess-around jump/freeride/dh bike. I wouldnt mind doing a bit of trails too though. thoughts?

Personally I tend to prefer frames on the smaller side. I'm 5'11" and would go medium.

theres a medium second hand which seems like a good deal so im just gonna go for it. i can always swap the frame out.. good components etc so it seems worth it.

Get a large, I'm 6'1" and bought a medium - I've always found it great for chucking around, but wished it was a bit more stretched out for longer pedally bits. The standover on the large is still low enough to keep things fun but will make it more versatile.

I'm 6'3 and had a medium. Absolute riot on the downs and jumping, but a pain in the arse uphill.

too late. got the medium. spec on the bike i bought was too good to miss. If i find it too small ill just swap the frame for an on one 456 or another surge!
