Hello I have a pair of Fox Talas 32s which can be run at 110,130 or 150. I generally leave them at full travel (150) however after a good blast with a few smaller but not tiny jumps, drops etc... I only have used 105 mm of the travel. Sag is set to about 35mm and I'm running a 14 stone engine. Does this sound like I need to let a bit of pressure out?
depends. Do you like how they ride now ?
might be something else going on, let all the air out and see if you get full travel, if not better get them checked out/serviced.
If so, as above depend how you like them to feel.
It is not mandatory to get full travel with correctly set up forks. 35mm sag on 150mm forks is 23% sag which is on the firm side for most people. You could try 30% sag and see how the fork feels overall. I'd judge air pressure by sag and overall fork performance/ feel rather than whether or not you get full travel but I'm sure others will be able to help more
Which travel are you setting the sag in ?
Depends on the age but there's an update kit available to replace foam washers with U-shaped washers to stop damper oil leaking into the lower leg. If you've had them serviced within the last year or so this should have been resolved.

Not sure if it the same or similar (sounds like the opposite to what you are describing) but my FIT damper Fox's would absorb the lubrication fluid from the lowers in to the air chamber which makes the fork feel very, very progressive and harsh over bigger impacts. A quick way to check this particular issue would be to let all the air out of the fork and you'd see the green lubrication fluid escape from the valve when it should just be air escaping.
