Im runninx new xt brakes and my rear brake aint working right, ive cut the hoses to length an re-bled, now on the work stand when u pedel the wheel round and brake the stop in an instant, but when on the road and i brake a bit of slowing then a bit squeeling and a bit of judder. Is this down to poor bleeding or contaminated pads.

Alignment? Is the rotor centered in the Caliper properly? Is the rotor straight?
