Can anyone advise on the N.Wales trail centre riding conditions at the moment? I am SE based, and it is bad, bad, bad down here - I need a ride!

Should be okay going to he dry up here over the weekend, they drain well so wouldn't worry, which ones are you heading for.

Was thinking about llandegla or penmachno as I haven't done either before. My mate reckons penmachno is not worth the bother?

Hello James.

Search for threads about Penmachno on here - it's many peoples favourite trail centre because it feels very natural and not quite so manmade as many of the others.

Llandegla is also excellent, but very different - it feels much more like a sculpted, designed experience, but no worse for that.
Both are superb.

If you're up for the weekend, try both - Llandegla on the drive up, then Penmachno when you get to the wilder landscape of Snowdonia.

Cheers Rusty. Sounds like a plan. Just caught the BBC wales weather and sat/sun look good - but typically monday really bad!
