Had a nice ride out Sunday and found this in a Derbyshire hot spot well known for its cheeky trails.

First bit of north shore I have seen, I can imagine the forestry commission throwing their toys out the pram now.

Does anyone recognise it?

Are you sure that's not just someone's log pile? Next thing you know it'll be charcoal burners complaining biking is putting them out of business.

The pic is from a place very close to Derby

Is it going over a swampy but, if so it's entirely sensible, will probably get torn out though, on 'safety' grounds.

Looks a lot less exciting than shining cliff or drum hill, is it shipley park or the nutbrook trail.

Forestry commission land very close to derby city centre? You sure wasnt aware of anything FC much closer than robin woods?
If not there or drum hill (been plenty of woodwork in the past) my guess would be allestree park in which case yep I would say its already gone by now!
