So I have a normal shaped and sized head (medium in most helmets) but a jawline like Desperate Dan, which means my cheeks get pushed in between my teeth with most full face lids. Any ideas on one that might fit?

medium helmet with cheekpads from a larger size? full face helmets tend to be the same size shell just with a different pads in.
