[Closed] Nice ride

I'm ashamed to say I wimped out of Saturday's ride with Domino as when I woke up the rain looked more condusive to ark builing than bike riding. I then felt guilty all day becuase it cleared up and turned out nice 🙁

However, Rich and I went to Grassington on Sunday and did a really nice chilled out 18 miles and had a really good day out. 🙂

We met a bloke probably in his late 50s on a Cannondale near Hetton and got chatting and he told us that 5 years ago he had a crash on his road bike and got a brain injury. For a while it looked like he would never walk again. He's now getting back into riding again, and he was quicker than me! Pretty inspirational story.

Anyhow, apart from feeling sick all the time, I am starting to feel a lot better in many ways.
