I know only too well - I don't live in Plymouth but have had the pleasure of living in some choice places around the UK, thanks to work, so see/read/hear this stuff regularly.
But as with previous threads with similar links some of the STW massif may feel it a public duty to continue taking this kind of attitude/individual to task, hence the post!
