Not ridden to work for a while after becoming completely jaded with cycling on the roads after doing my work commute years. Berlingo broken so no option today. Nice crisp clear morning, cars genuinely seemed to give me more room and held back at pinch points and then to top it off the councils small road sweeper was finishing clearing the tarmac sections of #6 cycle route as its drops down into Accrington and got themselves a cheery thank you.
I'll have to do it more often!
