where can i buy it,and then bits?

Assuming you're after the new "narrow" bore hose you'll be looking for the BH90 kit.

I had the same situation a few months ago.
To be frank, I just bit the bullet and got it from CRC at the time.
Rosebikes.de also sell them for 19 plus shipping (but I dont know how much that is)

Merlin are pretty good for shimano hose
