Just bought a Kona Kula deluxe(2009)and after 10 miles the forks are losing negative air pressure and the dust seal above the air chamber is popping out.
Could this be anything simple, or should I just return the bike under warranty, (Wiggle and couriers)?

Warranty. Why delay?

Just checking but you do know that when re-attaching pump for the negative air chamber, the pressure does drop significantly due to the small relative size of the -ve air chamber? If mine is set to say 100psi then I remove then re-attach the pump it will have dropped about 25psi.

Yes, I can see it dropping with the pump attached, but when left for a short period of time, and then re-attaching pump the pressure has dropped to zero, and the forks won't compress easily.
looks like a warranty job, it's only a week old, bugger.

the wiper seal repeatedly popping is a sign that air is leaking into the lower legs
