My Orange one is now mostly covered in mud!
Very bright orange though, no pictures yet as it still has green pedals and that just won't do dahling.
There were lots of pics on here a few weeks ago when people got their frames so a search would probably find some of those

I am proper jealous of that green pompy. Goes off to stroke baby blue pompy so it doesn't feel left out.

If I actually got my backside in gear, then I'd have a brown 456 to show you, but it's still largely in bits in the kitchen...

The rate I'm currently working at it should be ready in March.

Anyone got one of the new colour 29er inbreds? Apparently they're purple or orange but I can't see any pics on the On One site.

Jase_MK - how do you get on with the Zocchis on your 456? Presumably they're the 100mm MX Comps?

Was considering a 456 myself but wasn't sure about the shorter fork, although the original blurb said that they were designed to give slacker angles around a shortish fork.

I much prefer the old pompy colour...and yet now when they're horrid brown and green I think about getting one. ๐Ÿ™

slack as they come ally, its got ETA, so anything VAGUELY flat or upwards, it gets pushed down to 85mm and ridden effectivly with a rigid but lead (Pb) fork, but Descending its unreal.

its maiden voyage was down the chimney oop the quantocks, and as my brake pads had just come off the backing on the back wheel, i had to go with, "no brakes, just get on with it" approach to the descent.

no sweat, super stable. it was top.

some time soon, im gonna get my arse in gear and get it up to qwim-carn, but havent yet...

SprocketJockey - yes it's a 100mm MX Comp. Works really well in my opinion. I previously ran the fork on a standard inbred and just switched all the kit over onto this bike. I really notice a big difference on steep descents now, feels very confident and safe on descents that would previously make me think "oh ****!" with the same fork on the inbred.

Was tempted to try a longer fork but I'm not a huge fan of lots of travel and the unpredictable geometry and handling that goes with excessive fork dive etc.

Note it's a 456 Summer Season as opposed to standard 456 - couple of degrees slacker.

Nobody got a new colour 29er then?
