Seems to ride a bit more sprightly than predecessor Genesis Equilibrium...probably cos I pumped the tyres up...

Surprised you don't use a Charge saddle 😉

I like bikes that look like you could go anywhere with them. I just never do the sort of riding that needs one.

Fitted 29x1.8" tyres to mine last night... Looks really purposeful. Just need this storm to pass to try it out... Especially as I took the guards off to fit the bigger tyres

Pete - yes. It has a new improved geometry - head angle is about 1/2 a degree steeper 😛

You mean cleanliness or spec?

It lives! Nicely done Al, would have been a shame for it to go to waste (unlike its successor which is currently gathering dust as my wrist heals, hey-ho).

For what it's worth I have some barely used 37C WTB CX tyres going spare, and some 32c Schwalbe Mararthons for that matter, let me know if you're interested in either, probably wouldn't fit under those guards though.

Nice. I have a Vaya Travel. What forks are you running there?

Merida forks I got on ebay from Wheelies. £50 and 700gm or so.

13FM I might look at your tyres...
