Just arrived in the shop today. And letting you guys know because this has been a product gap for years. if you had a campy hub and wanted to SS then you used to have to get a shimano hub.
Gusset have just launched a spacer and cog kit for campy 9 and 10 speed hubs. Comes with a 18t sprocket and lockring with 16t and 17t also availble.

Is there any way that an old Campag freewheel hub for 7 speed screw on could be 'cleanly' converted to singlespeed?
The wheels are old but A1 and the frame has old style road dropouts with lots of fore and aft movement

Hi oldgit. Sorry the answer is not really. Campag tend to use odd threads and the chainline would be poo. We do a complete rear ss/fixed flip glop wheel with a fixed cog and lockring for £69. Just add an old road bike and maybe new chain and you have a fixie. But feel free to call or email if you wanna explore this or chat about other options.
