My legs did not enjoy todays fire road climbs around brechfa.
Don't think pedalling a minion super tacky around helps..
I run tubeless with an ardent on the back... Is there something grippy a bit like a minion super tacky but rolls like an ardent. Any brand.
a 60a Minion DHF wouldn't be a bad start for a middleground
I'd guess black chilli continental or something else about £50 will get recomended
yes its called a Specialized Butcher ControlIs there something grippy a bit like a minion super tacky but rolls like an ardent

Think that's an oxymoron....
To increase rolling speed you're going to lose grip. If you can accept less grip, the Butcher control is a good shout.
I've got ardent rear and minion 60a front, was good over winter but think I'll put an ardent back on the front soon.
There is nothing that grips like a supertacky minion but rolls like an ardent, just incompatible basically, soft rubber and big knobbles drag.
Butcher is a great shout though if you want something minionish but faster without giving away as much grip as a maxxpro minion. Should be a little lighter too.
I'll have a butchers at a butcher then.. Thanks for suggestions.
I know there isn't a moon on a stick tyre... They are all compromises.
I would always lean towards grip rather than rolling resistance.. but the tacky minion seems to really sap my energy..
