Wondering if I’m doing something wrong?
New bike, Di2 as standard. Plugged it in for an initial charge and nothing. No lights illuminated on the charge unit (or anywhere else).
Is it simple plug n play or am I missing a step?
I have tried directly through an adaptor to the mains socket and also via the laptop.
Help/guidance appreciated please
Don't know about newer versions as mie is old and I would expect to see a light of some sort
That said, everything just goes off on mine when charge is full. Maybe yours is fully charged and so not even starting to draw current ?
DOn't know how you test on yours but there should be an indicator soemwhere
Hold down one of your shifters for a second or so. Look at your bar end junction box. If the LED is steady green it is fully charged. That may be the reason it won’t take a charge.

Just re-checked my connections. I removed and then reinserted the battery cable and it all looks good.
We have lights and power 👍🏻
