Anyone got or ridden these in comparison to the older versions?
they look small but without actually seeing them in the flesh its difficult to tell how much of a platform you may have?
i keep thinking i`d benefit from wider shoe support on my smartys

Ive got them but they arent on the bike yet..seemed a decent size to me but then Im used to spds..

Running a pair of 2012 Mallet 2s on my DH bike - so far so good after 5 months of use + abuse. Not used the previous versions. Platform seems plenty big enough with DH type shoes.
