Swapped my Tricross for the frame and a few bits and scavenged the rest from my Inbred and the parts bin.
Not sure what the final build will be as I'm also planning to try the 80mm SID's currently on my Epic with it.
did you not like the Tricross?
I liked the Tricross but when I got it I'd been expecting to use it for commuting a lot plus the occasional weekend tour etc. Turns out though that when I got back into riding again I found that I preferred doing evening mountain bike rides instead of commuting (I live right on the edge of the Pentlands) so the Tricross hasn't seen much use.
I got rid of my road bike a few months back as well, as it was also not seeing any use.
